Our office, located in downtown Fort Worth, has an immediate opening for the right individual. This is a business-to-business sales position and requires heavy phone usage, so you must be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and enjoy establishing professional relationships with clients. We offer a competitive base plus commission structure with a majority of your income earned from the commissions on the placements you make, no cap on earnings, and a six-figure income potential. A tenured successful Account Executive can expect to earn $100,000 plus. First year associates can realistically expect to earn at least $45,000. You need to be comfortable with a pay for performance compensation plan. We work 8-5 Monday thru Friday and have absolutely no travel except when we win exotic vacations. We do all of our work from our office, on the phone. We also provide one of the most advanced training systems in our industry that allows our account executives to achieve their financial goals.
